When you create an account, submit a property valuation form, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you share about your real estate needs.
When you visit the site we may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages through standard server logs and analytics tools. We do not use third-party ad tracking.
If you register for a buyer, seller, or tenant portal account, we store your encrypted password (bcrypt, never readable), your selected role, and any documents or preferences you save within the portal.
Your contact details are used by Yianni Bachas and Amorelli Realty to respond to inquiries, schedule property tours, prepare market analyses, and facilitate transactions.
Account information is used to authenticate you, display your personalized dashboard, and store documents or preferences you have chosen to save.
Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which content is most useful so we can improve the experience for all visitors.
WeSellAstoria never sells, rents, or trades your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We use a small number of trusted service providers (Vercel for hosting, Neon for database infrastructure) who process data solely to operate this site. They are contractually bound to keep your information secure.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of WeSellAstoria, its users, or the public.
All communication between your browser and our servers uses TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before storage and are never stored in plain text.
Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) with restricted access, automated backups, and industry-standard security controls.
While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is completely immune to breach. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your portal account.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, by emailing us at the address below.
You may request deletion of your portal account and associated data at any time. We will action the request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (e.g. document review notifications) are essential to the service and cannot be opted out of while the account is active.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the site after the updated policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
